Paper Abstract Rules

  • The abstract should be concise and not exceed a maximum of 300 words, It should state  the aim of the research, the problem, the method, principal results, and major conclusions.

  • For papers in English, the Turkish abstract is not required.

  • For abstracts, The Abstract Template should be used.

  • Abstracts must be emailed to sanatarastirmalari03@gmail.com

 

  • The scientific committee may suggest that some of the papers be presented as posters, In that case, the applicants concerned will be notified on the same date. The authors who agree to participate with a poster are requested to see ‘poster rules’ section.

 

 

 

Full Paper Rules

  • Symposium languages are Turkish and English.

  • Papers submitted to the symposium must not have been previously published or presented.

  • Papers must be submitted by authors.

  •  Paper should not be longer than 12 pages including the abstract, main text, charts, graphics, maps and references.

  • Paper should be written in Microsoft Word 2003 or later versions.

  • For papers in Turkish, two abstracts are required: the first one in Turkish and the second one in English.

  • As for visuals such as photographs, graphics, maps, author should place them on the relevant spots with a 10 pt. caption, or make a reference to the Appendix (if they are included there). Author should also email visuals to the adress below in a 300 dpi JPG file.

  •  For full-text paper, the Full Text Paper Template on our page should be used.

  • Intext and bibliograpical referencing should be in accordance with APA 6 standarts.

Workshop Proposal Rules

  • Workshop proposals should include detailed information about the scope, duration, methods and quota of participants. The application file and the following documents should be emailed to sanatarastirmalari01@gmail.com by 01 October 2017.

 

  • Workshop chair’s CV including affiliation, email address, and experiences in organizing such events (for those to present workshop in Turkish, 2 CVs -English and Turkish- required).

 

  • Visuals of at least 5 similar workshops  previously done that would help understand  and assess workshop chair’s current proposal
